Day 1 Of Improving Mental Health.

So today is the Day 1 of improving mental health so i done a research on mental health and created a 45 day course to improve your mental health so today is the day one and today task is.  Self-Realization: Know yourself so to know your self you can follow these steps 1-Ask yourself questions. 2-Evaluate your skills 3-Try new things. So why self realization means after taking a decision you should realise whether the decision was good or bad for you or others. So you can follow the above steps to know your self more. Why self realization is important?  Self-recognition can help us develop a growth attitude in which we perceive challenges as chances for growth and learning, rather than insuperable barriers. One of the most significant virtues of self-realization is its effect on our relationships with others. So this was the day 1 now you should explore more things about these according to yourself.
